Day 1: Arrival in Baku

About this trip

Discover the Treasures of the Caucasus on an optimized 14-day journey. This itinerary is the concentrated version of our grand route, meticulously designed to show the essentials of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia while maintaining a comfortable and enriching pace.

We will start by marveling at Baku's futuristic architecture and the ancient history of the Old City. We will visit the mysterious mud volcanoes of Gobustan before crossing west through the landscapes of Sheki.

The Georgian Experience

In Georgia, we will move from semi-arid landscapes to the fertile valleys of vineyards. We will visit the city of love, Sighnaghi, and the capital, Tbilisi. Border crossings become part of the adventure, revealing subtle changes in architecture, gastronomy and local traditions.

Armenia: The Heart of Stone

In Armenia, we will focus on the essential landmarks that define the country's identity. We will visit Lake Sevan and the northern monasteries, Haghpat and Saghmosavank, declared World Heritage Sites. In Yerevan, we will feel the pulse of the city and explore its surroundings. The trip also includes a visit to the south to see Mount Ararat from Khor Virap monastery, an iconic image that will close the journey with a flourish.
